CASE MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE
ASCOG is accepting resumes for a Case Manager. If selected, applicant must attend certification training for the Advantage Program paid for by ASCOG. The main purpose of the program is to enable senior citizens to remain in their homes as long as they can safely do so. Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- RN or LPN with one year paid professional experience,
- Baccalaureate Degree and one year paid professional experience with aging or disabled population, performing core functions of case management including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and reassessment.
Starting salary $30,542. Benefits for fulltime employee include: 100% paid health insurance for employee (state health insurance) and 50% for spouse and/or children’s health insurance, 97.5 hours annually for vacation leave, 97.5 hours annually for sick leave, 96 hours annually for holiday leave, 16.5% employer match of employee’s salary into state retirement system (employee must match with 3.5% to meet eligibility requirements) and $20,000 employee life insurance.
